SR Biosciences LLC collects the following categories of information in connection with orders and customer support: name, email address, institutional affiliation, shipping address, payment information (processed by our payment gateway — not stored by SR Biosciences), order history, and technical support inquiries.

Information collected is used for the following purposes: fulfilling and managing orders, providing customer support, maintaining compliance recordkeeping, and satisfying applicable regulatory obligations. SR Biosciences does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer customer information to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Payment Processing
Payment card data is processed exclusively by our third-party payment gateway. SR Biosciences does not receive, process, or store full payment card numbers. All payment transactions are subject to the gateway provider's security standards and privacy policy.
4. Retention
Order records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for tax and compliance purposes. Research-use attestation records are retained for a minimum of 5 years. Records subject to an active legal hold or regulatory inquiry will be retained for the duration of that matter.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data held by SR Biosciences by emailing support@srbio.com. Deletion requests will be honored to the extent permitted by applicable legal retention requirements.

The SR Biosciences website uses essential cookies only, necessary for site functionality such as session management and checkout. SR Biosciences does not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies. No third-party behavioral tracking is employed.
